1) Shipping Times and Costs
Complimentary express shipping. Delivery is estimated within 5 business days from dispatch. Carriers deliver Monday–Friday; weekend delivery is not guaranteed; no public-holiday delivery. Timeframes are good-faith estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, severe weather, natural events, governmental or customs actions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Querencia’s reasonable control.
2) Shipping Restrictions
Orders must ship to a complete street address; we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, logistics consolidators, or general delivery.
